Rabbi Fischer is a Rebbe, mentor, and guide to countless students and listeners. Known for his genuine respect, personal interest, non-judgmental approach, and deep care for each individual, he has a unique ability to connect with and inspire his talmidim.

He is the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Matisyahu and oversees its army program and Ohel Avraham Farm. Previously, he served as the founder of the Old City (Rehab) Program, Rosh Yeshiva of Lev Shlomo in Baltimore, Menahel Ruchani and Rebbe at Yeshiva Shor Yoshuv, and Director of SHMA Boys Camps.

Rabbi Fischer’s approach centers on helping young men live authentically, become exceptional husbands, love and respect themselves, and build a genuine relationship with Hashem. Through his guidance, wisdom, and positive energy, he helps his students discover their strengths and become the people they are capable of becoming.
